Why we can’t defend Diego Ulissi and we can’t agree with Davide Cassani

This time I don’t aree with Davide Cassani and its defense of Diego Ulissi after his “Salbutamol” case. I’ve personally seen, with my eyes, uneder-23 racers asking their personal doctor about the maximum dose for this kind of products. “And that, is that doping? How much of this can I take?”, they asked. They were 20 years guys in perfetc phisical shape, with absolutely no need for inhalers.
“Cyclists know that if you take five puffs then you won’t go any faster”, said Davide Cassani defending Ulissi’s position, but this is not true.

If you have the possibility to breath better than the others, isn’t that doping?
