Paris Roubaix Espoirs

Posted: May 30, 2012 in Uncategorized

This weekend saw the 2012 Under 23 edition of Paris-Roubaix,  the “Roubaix Espoirs” , run & won by Bob Jungels of Leopard-Trek.

We were there to shooting the race of Ignazio Moser, son of three time Paris-Roubaix winner Francesco Moser, one of the characters of the documentary movie.

It really was “A Sunday in Hell”, sunny & hot as well as very dry & dusty!
After 90 kms of the 180 to be done, the peloton exploded: after every cobbles sector riders were so exausted… and they still had to do all the 2nd half of the race!
Ignazio Moser is tall & strong, like a bull, however this year he was not strong enough.
